Terms of sale

These terms apply to the murder mystery kits sold by Mystery Case Games on mysterycasegames.com.

1. Seller

Mystery Case Games, sole proprietorship, Paris, France, SIREN 928 350 818. Contact: mysteryscasegames@gmail.com.

2. Products

The kits are digital PDF files, to print or read on screen. The content of each kit is described on its page. They are for private use: resale, online sharing and commercial use are prohibited without written consent.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). The final amount, including any taxes in your country, is shown on the payment page before you confirm your order.

4. Order and payment

You order by clicking the buy button of the chosen edition, then on our provider's secure payment page. Payment is made by card or by the other methods offered on that page. We never have access to your card details.

5. Delivery

The files are sent by e-mail, to the address given when ordering, right after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive them, write to us and we will send them again.

6. Right of withdrawal

The kits are digital content supplied without a physical medium. Under French and EU consumer law (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal no longer applies once supply has begun, if you expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged losing your right of withdrawal. This consent is requested on the payment page before you confirm your order.

If a file is unreadable, incomplete or does not match its description, write to us: we will fix the problem or refund you.

7. Complaints

For any complaint: mysteryscasegames@gmail.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
